Activities
The house is run by BovecEnter, which gives guests who book the apartment a discount on all activities. Rafting, canyoning and the zipline are booked right at the reception where you collect the keys.

Hikes
Svinjak is the pyramid you see from both balconies. The reception recommends it as one of the harder hikes, and the Krn lakes as an easier one. Before any hike, check the weather and trail conditions.
Day trips
Known as the most powerful waterfall in Slovenia, 106 metres high. A moderate ten-minute walk leads to the viewpoint.
A waterfall twelve metres high and twenty wide, with a turquoise pool. Five minutes' walk from the (paid) car park.
A 750-metre gorge up to 15 metres deep, with emerald pools. The path has no railings, so take care.
A fortress above the deep Koritnica gorge. Admission charged.
The highest road in Slovenia: 12 kilometres of bends and five tunnels cut into the rock. Check that it is open before you go.
A lake just across the Italian border, with SUP, kayak and pedal boat hire.
