2. What we collect and why

Enquiries. The form on the Contact page sends and stores nothing. When you click “Prepare the email”, your own email app opens with a ready message that you send yourself. The name, email address, dates, number of guests and message we receive this way are used only to answer your enquiry and to arrange your stay and any activities you book.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and delivery. Cloudflare takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. What we don’t use

No cookies, no analytics, no ads or tracking. Fonts are served from this server, not from Google. The map on the Location page is an image stored on this server; Google Maps only opens when you click a link.

4. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and arrange the stay. Invoicing and guest registration data are kept as long as the law requires.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to object and to data portability. To use them, write to the email address above. If you think your data is not handled correctly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
